I go there every week for "Active For Life" sessions. They are very good for older people (yes like me) to keep their joints flexible and for cardio-vascular reasons too.
They have session for this on Mondays, (11.30 to 12.30); Tuesdays (14.15 to 15.15) and Thursdays (14.15 to 15.15). I would recommend it to all older people, whatever your fitness level. Great for your heart and blood-pressure and you will feel much better for it.
Thank you Vic. Why don't you come down - any age and ability - there are some that can't do the exercises standing up, so sit, but it's still exercising their other joints and heart.
