We will probably always have a drug problem as the suppliers make big money and we don't execute them.

So as damage limitation to stop the crime mayhem that comes with the addicted trying to keep up with there habit, it seems sensible to supply them on the NHS until they are no longer addicted or dead.

At least the suppliers would loos the money they get from there trade, and we would benefit from les crime.
Maybe the politicians could ask the police on the ground what they need to do the job and give it to them.

And get the addicted in to the schools to tell the kids the mistakes that led them there.
