  Talking of the sueing culture, I know someone who tripped on something in a supermarket (not Dover) and is now sueing them and is possibly going to sue the hospital for missing a possible injury. They contacted the law bods within 48hrs. They also seem to milk the DSS for all benefits going, enough said.
