  Discrimination, as alleged in the article, certainly does not come into it.
  At the most it would appear to be an alleged indecent proposal and an alleged breach of contract regards holiday pay.
  The personal habitual inclinations of the alleged victim certainly don't come into it, unless they have special laws just for themselves!
