Keith, as in my last post, I think the vast majority of people here, as things are standing now, will not bother voting at all at the next locals. Local candidates are usually bound to political parties, and the three main-stream parties in Parliament do not do what the People want.
And locally, all we hear is that "there is less and less money the Councils can spend".
Meanwhile, unemployment here is rampant.
