  Waste services at DDC have made great efforts to address the situation even knocking on doors with an interpreter. The latter said that none of them were really interested. The next problem was people moving on and the next lot coming in causing the same problems. The main villains are the slum landlords that cram families into flats where kitchens and bathrooms are shared amongst families. The same landlords know very well that the only people that can be prosecuted are those that leave the mess, impossible to prove.
  
  On another thread we read that DDC will not act against slum landlords and as those councillors avoid the scrutiny of social media they cannot be held to account.
