    I had family living opposite what was Webbs hotel at the time and many on the rd were warning exactly that, of the close neighbours they had almost all moved in 3 years.
    I think the police were are in a very difficult position in what they could/can do but agree regard council responsibility.
    More frustrating we see little effort on their part to resolve the issues.
