I don't know him, it could be a genuine commitment from him or he could have been manoeuvred into this position but that statement above is positive news from DHB for people of Dover/Deal district.
I hope its genuine but if it is the other, then you can thank groups like the DPPT for bringing the pressure on the right people in the right manner.
