  The Port is a functional asset with employee expenses and maintenance expenses attached to it, including a new terminal.
  It should reap enough income to cover these expenses plus a revenue for the local authorities and for the national Treasury.
  The more traffic transiting through it, the more profit it should make.
  
  Anything other than this is abnormal and senseless and has naught to do with economy.
  This was my campaign and will remain so until it happens.
