    Alexander believes as he wishes and gets all his numbers wrong, mixing up the old DHB proposal (which is dead) with the DPPT proposals (which are very much still alive), even after having been given the real numbers on a number of occasions. Explanations fall on deaf ears or go straight over the head. I stated where DPPT were at and what we were in process of a couple of months ago.

    The process of determining the long term future of the port continues, lots of previously uncharted territory being covered and at the moment there is no outcome to make known (at this point Alexander will infer that I'm lying for some undetermined but nefarious reason). When the outcome is known, it'll be made known and I'm sure that everyone will want to have their say.
