I again applaud your enthusiasm, but try to question your view point.
1; I'm sure all local political parties would support views for monires be spent locally, whether it be the port or anyone else, this you will find even barryw would have some sympathy for, where even he has campaigned for less top heavy govt and more monies kept in Dover.
2; It's not correct to say the peoples port has been rejected in any way, we are waiting for a stalling govt to come up with
a decision, which may or may not include the peoples port, in part or full.
3; Im sure politicians will/can tell you of lots of inintiatives to involve/help youth
4; nobody on here denies politicians of all walks of life have lost the faith of the electorate but we don't have an alternative
at the moment
