    Alex-I'm afraid that DPPT is an unstoppable force, with the current port entity in full retreat and nursing fatal wounds- and you sniping and snapping at the heals of the local MP with your interpretation of events will not make any difference at all. The fact is that the people of Dover have given massive credence to DPPT-Get over it!
