    Shouldn't Charlie be giving the Constituency an explanation on this?
    This had appeared to be the great Charlie law, the one thing Charlie managed to achieve in Parliament, an amendment to the Ports Act.
    Somehow, I can't see anyone understanding what is going on, as Charlie is giving one set of information in his newsletter that the Port will remain forever England, and DPPT telling us all that DHB will be at it again in 5 years time trying to sell the Port.

    And now this! He withdraws the amendment procedure. And Peter now stating that he can resurrect it at any given moment.
    When will this secrecy game end? Are we being taken for a ride?
    Does anyone believe all this story anymore?
