now this is where i have a problem. neil rightly points out that d.h.b could go for privatisation tomorrow morning or in a decade or more, where does this leave dover?

the issue has always been about money being set aside for regeneration either by the community port or the peoples port, as things stand neither is going to happen.

forgetting the bit about regeneration dosh, i cannot see potential investors clamouring to rain money all over dover when this uncertainty goes on.
