Howard, for as long as Dover is a Trust Port the DHB can always make a new application with a new proposal whenever they wish. That is the point I am making and which some forumites continuously fail to grasp.

Last December both technically and in reality, the then DHB proposal, having been consulted, was rejected.

For now the DHB has said that it has no intention of making a new transfer request, but that is no guarantee that Dovorians will not have to challenge yet another privatisation bid in a day, a week, a month, a year, 5 years or even a generation. Hence the process to ensure that Dovorians do not have to challenge another privatisation attempt is on going.
