    Keith you are 100% right about individual and personal letters (not photocopied or computer generated with the same wording). It has always been the case that petitions have rightly been viewed with suspicion by decisoon makers, many people will sign anything to get away. A letter takes thought and is taken much more seriously. One letter is worth 1000 signatures on a petition.
