    No it would take alot more than that,take out the partys,and put in their place members of the public who care and have Dover in their hearts and cash in their pockets. Then we might be on the right road,and I said might.And the first thing on the list is Stop the building of one bedroom flats and try to get more upclass public wanting to move into our district etc.
