  Neil is the main spokesman for DPPT. I get wheeled out in front of the cameras from time to time but, as chairman, it is Neil to whom the media and the decision makers listen. Nothing written on here is likely to change the outcome one jot. However the forum provides a valuable chance for Neil and I and our fellow directors to get a feel for what the community are thinking, also to provide information and feedback to the community and to counter some of the disinformation which appears.
  
  For the record, none of the directors of DPPT have a financial interest in the process except the commitment of our time and limited personal financial resources to the project. There are no rewards at the end except that of seeing the Port in the right hands.
