    Far be it for a pleb like me to disagree, but your are correct neil has an interest in the outcome
    and that could be the case whatever the outcome.

    The forum does have a role to play.
    Only by it being highlighted on this forum have we seen a good feedback from people both with information on what there views are.
    But also seeing a large number putting in objections to the D.H.B. plans to central govt.

    So the forun does have a role to play
