    Without the number of visitor hits for the e-petition you cannot work out the %.
    There are 344 signatures and it is quite possible, that could amount to 100% for that particular e-petition.
    This figure of 100% is quite possible because this was for voting against something, so only those that felt strongly enough would make the effort to visit the site and as it is has unique wording and author ergo no problems with having signed any other similar petitions.
