OK thanks for the information, Neil.
However I've never come across this page before, despite your protestations.

There is some need for clarification here:
"The Chairman is nominated and elected by the Board from among its membership."

What is the difference between the Board and the membership? Who is the Board, and who elects it?

As I understand it, the proposed £50 million for regeneration in Dover District would be managed by DPPT.
How much of this money would go to Dover, and how much to Sandwich? How much would Deal get of it?
Would it include a tunnel under Townwall Street?

Would the local community who are not members of DPPT be allowed to suggest any regeneration proposals with that money, or from the £1 million a year dividends thereafter for 5 years?

Would the local community who are not members of DPPT be allowed to oppose a proposed regeneration project by DPPT?

As a member of the local Community, I'd like to know these answers.
The reason being, until now one could elect councillers for local administration and for managing investments in the Town and District. Not being a member of DPPT, would I be excluded from any say in local regeneration?
