    Sounds like weasel words from Mr Kershaw as he knows that in a year's time we will have forgotten his promise and got used to things. The closure of A & E there was done very quietly, some people still think they have one!! I seem to remember hearing that there are plans to centralise A & E at either Ashford or Margate in the not too distant future.
