Just had this info through from the Neighbourhood Forum team.
Note the changes in time. There was some criticism previously that people working 9 - 5 couldnt get to them and they have now addressed that, and now we have the best of both worlds...goes right through from afternoon to evening to accomodate all.

HAVE YOUR SAY AT NEIGHBOURHOOD FORUMS
Local residents are invited to come along and have their say at the next joint Dover District Neighbourhood Forum meetings. The meetings are being held on Thursday 19 April at St Mary's Parish Centre in Dover from 3.30pm-7.30pm, and Tuesday 24 April at the Landmark Centre, High Street in Deal from 3pm-7pm.
Representatives from various public bodies will be on hand to talk about services in Dover District, and answer your questions on a one-to-one basis. An expert will also be available to assist you with the June digital switchover. There will be light refreshments and an opportunity to view displays and meet Forum members. All suggestions are welcomed from local people about what they would like to discuss at future meetings.

Thanks for posting this Paul; here's a fuller explanation:
Are you or someone you know confused about the digital switchover?
Do you have any questions for Highways or Health?
Would you like to know more about the grant opportunities available via KCC and DDC?
Do you need clarification concerning community safety issues?
Do you want to register your demand for faster broadband in Kent?
Please come along to the Public Services Neighbourhood Forums in April to obtain your answers face-to face with the experts.
The meetings will not be on a sit down presentation basis, but will have display stands including the above subjects and many more, whereby you can approach the staff specialising in the topics you are interested in.
There will be two events:
DOVER
Thursday 19 April at St Mary's Parish Church Centre in Dover from 3.30pm until 7.30pm
DEAL
Tuesday 24 April at the Landmark Centre in Deal High Street from 3.00pm until 7.00pm
Please feel free to pop in at your leisure at any time between the hours stated above to browse the displays.
We look forward to seeing you there.

Well done Roger, much more info there.
They seem to be employing a different approach this time which is good...you approach the people you want to approach kind of thing. I wasnt terribly keen on the sitting down at the table method while the services came to you...you couldnt escape from the bits that were of no interest.
But good luck to all. Hopefully there will a good turnout...the opening times are certainly more accommodating to all.
I will try and get along on the 19th , the revised format and timing certainly seem to be an improvement
