    Mr Clear two weeks ago I attended Margate Carnival.I ackowledged Dover Town Carnival Court,Dover Carnival Court,Deal,Sandwich and Aylesham.I was the only Civic Representative from Dover District.Town Mayors
    were elsewhere.I would have been pleased to attend Dover Carnival if I had been invited.Im the Chairman of Dover District
