That vehicle is uninsured. Report it.

I have been "told off " by police as I couldnt pass Junction belgrave road - clarendon place.
Very often they park opposite with very little space to drive through those vehicles. If there is any Emergency needed upper Belgrave road or westbury crescent, there is no chance..
But they do get away with it.
Which sometimes annoys me... only sometimes

even the bus gets through only on high days and holidays, god forbid when the firepersons or paramedics need to get through.

I must be honest I don't walk/drive up around Belgrave/Clarendon late at night, but if it is a serious problem more times than not, let me know and I'll talk to Parking Services to send a warden up there - they will work in the evening if special requests are made and this sounds like such a case.

just a one off roger, parking through the day is the problem, malvern road causes many problems and parking on the double yellows near the malvern pub makes it a problem for any vehicle to turn into clarendon place.

Roger, People are aware in Upper Belgrave Road. Soon the warden turns their back the car drivers/ owner doing their usual parking rituals.
The Police have seen it and walked away!!
Well that was my Impression. As when I come back from work that Day it was the same situation.
I am not complaining. But People arent as sensibel as they used to be.
I do miss that part.
