  Surprised no comments on here,or from Dover Express.Peter Wallace posted a comment.The council tax will rise however we are still one of the lowest in the County.So if we want improvements they have to be funded.
  I thought the Mercury covered the story re the Abbey Gardens very well.The point was well covered re the application being presented a few days before the lottery submission.

  I think it was 3per cent.Government guidelines.I thought it would be on the Express face book.

  And yet Deal Town Council, Conservative controlled for the first time in its history, is looking to a ZERO % increase in the precept paid by hard working council tax payers fortunate enough to live there!

  I have to disagree Vic, I see plenty silly comments on this forum that make me laugh, some of them even out loud.
