Surprised no comments on here,or from Dover Express.Peter Wallace posted a comment.The council tax will rise however we are still one of the lowest in the County.So if we want improvements they have to be funded.
I thought the Mercury covered the story re the Abbey Gardens very well.The point was well covered re the application being presented a few days before the lottery submission.

I think it was 3per cent.Government guidelines.I thought it would be on the Express face book.
