I've heard a rumour that a large hotel in the Dover area was up for sale but is no longer up for sale.
I do not want to mention the hotel but is there any way, apart from ringing the hotel, to find out if it was / is for sale?
I've tried googling it but nothing has shown up.

Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.

Apart from the local Premier Inns (Folkestone Road, Duke of York and Marine Court) all owned by Whitbread and the Ramada at Whitfield and the Dover Marina Hotel and Spa on the Seafront - both owned by Leaf Hotels Group, it only (as far as I know) leaves the County Hotel, which will shortly be the subject of a CPO, unless the owner sees sense and sells. Could be that one

As far as I am aware Roger, Dover Marina Hotel & Spa is still owned by DHB and leased to Leaf Hotels.
