this coming sunday the 20th october 10. 30 am - 2. 00 pm.
meet at whitfield village hall car park, manley close.
please bring a camera (tripod if you have one) and a packed lunch and join paul sampson(wccp) a keen amateur photographer, on a gentle walk around the parish of whitfield and surrounding area, stopping to take landscape and close up photos. this is to make a record of what the parish looks like now, and we hope to have an exhibition of the photos as part of the "whitfield environmental activity day" to be held in spring 2013. and to make cd-rom of the photos as an archive.
please wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear for a cross country walk on public rights of way.

hope to get some pics through on saturday's event - but there's more.
meet up next sunday the 28th 2 p.m. at the kearsney abbey car park(on the lawn in front of the cafe) for the
"bushy ruff fungal foray" no need to bring ointment.
martin newcombe and melanie wrigley will lead the expedition lasting 2 hours(2 miles) in search of fungi with expert martin newcombe.
