    Dave - I am not identifying a specific. What I do know from personal experience the French system from a patients point of view is considerably better than ours, as is the Greek and Spanish systems. What we must get rid of is the Stalinistic top-down structure with too much division between private and NHS.

    Keith - the big problem with Labour is that they forget about the importance of the private sector and wealth creation and end up running out of other people's money. Labour's red tape, high taxes and high spending attitude is counter productive and when their economic mismanagement collapses the poor get hurt. It happens every time with Labour.
