  The political parties do seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel. Judging purely from appearances, Ed Miliband looks a complete dork and even his physical movements seem uncoordinated. Forrest Gump comes to mind and a Google shows that David Miliband's supporters indeed used this comparison. Time will tell as to whether he proves to be an inspired choice but superficially he looks like a gift to Blue Barry and the Condems.
