  Although I am veggie/vegan, I applaud this level of sourcing. For too long we have collectively chucked dead stuff down our throats without a thought for what is in it and how it was kept and killed. I don't have a problem with people choosing to eat meat - it's a free choice! - but I do think we owe it to ourselves, our environment and the animals to understand how it arrived on the plate. The damage caused by some animal husbandry is appalling not just to the animals, bad enough, but to the environment. We are responsible for making sure what we eat is responsibly delivered.
