  I know Adam personally and I have sent him this link so he can read it. I wont go into what happened as this is not the place but what I can say is that Adam didnt deserve the treatment he got, or any of the other djs. Yes it has been done as a cost saving exercise but at the expense of local people and local radio coverage.
  
  Adam has always put KMFM and his listeners first, together with a number of local charities and groups he has supported over the years and this is the way a so called commercial radio station treat him. He didnt even get the chance to say goodbye to a lot of people. People will now vote by not listening and I'm sure advertisers etc will be thinking carefully about who they use. KMFM was always proud to state they were a local radio station for local people. Not now - they have gone the same way as Invicta did and broadcast from a central point county wide. The viewing figures will be interesting I'm sure.
  
  Im sure people will want to wish him well in whatever new venture he does and he is overwhelmed by the support he has received from many people. I'm sure Adam will turn up on radio again somewhere and certainly hope this is a new beginning for him.
  
  Adam I know you will read this and just want to say Good luck m8, the airwaves in Dover and Shepway will be a sad place without you
