The post you are reporting:
Some months back, uniformed officials and a Councillor came round to us, asking if we had any problems in the neighbourhood.
Being decent as I am, I suggested that the many Slovak children receive encouragement to play in a park, and that we could do with one somewhere in this area.
I explained that local children know where to go to play, but that the Slovaks always only hang around on the road breathing in pollution from the traffic. I claimed it was unfair on them and bad for their health. I was being diplomatic.
Next time I'll vent my real issue, that I am completely fed up with them.
The other day, a group of at least five of them were standing right in front of our gate flobbing, as I entered, and continued doing do.
The whole street is full of it, one sees 'em doing it all the time.
Ninty-nine percent of all shouting and bawling in this area is from them! One can't cross Malvern Road to get to the Newsagent without by-passing at least 15 of them, any time of the day.
Not to mention that they walk 5 abreast along the pavement and only give way 1 split second before I collide with one of them, as I absolutely refuse to step on the road.
It's a shame that the authorities haven't got the balls to teach these children not to bawl, whistle and flob in the street.
It's disgustung!
