    Wot we have to remember is that Barryw lot at county hall were only going to have this scheme in leafy Tunbridge Wells and canterbury, it took a lot of campaigning to get them to extend it to Dover.

    So bits have been achieved, but its like ASDA its ok BUT DOVER DESERVES BETTER
