  Here is the latest from Kelly that was on her Fundraising page......
  
  "Hi everyone, it's Kelly here. I'm sure you've heard the good news that we almost have enough money for the surgery!
  I know lots of people have been asking when we'll be going to America for the surgery, so I'm just going to give a little update...
  We're planning on going to America in June as there's a lot of planning to do. Although we did say that the surgery would cost $500,000 dollars, this is only an estimate that Sloan Kettering gave us and there may be extra fees on top of that, so our plan is to carry on fundraising until June (also to fundraise for the immunotherapy). We have to book flights, get our visa sorted, find somewhere to stay too which may take a bit of time.
  I'm also hoping to do my GCSEs before we go. I've been waiting 2 years to do my GCSEs so this'll be the time to do them as there's a little bit of time!
  Luckily at the moment my tumours are stable and the new chemotherapy has shrunk them a bit and they're showing less activity so as long as my tumours are kept stable, we won't be going until June. However if there is a significant increase of activity or size in the tumours then we will immediately be going.
