Keeping Dover head above the water line

  I think that is a good heading.
  The only things keeping Dover head above the water line is .The working port .And the D,D.C, new builds and the companys and groups working longside them.Without them working like they are with each other, Dover would be a lost cause.

  A more fitting heading would be " more of Vic Matchams load of old cobblers"!!
