Keep your eyes open if you own a Beko
- 9 July 2011 08:30113877You might be like myself have a Beko Fridge/Freezer as you have heard on the news over the few days a small number of them have court on fire and in one of the fires a man died.the Beko customer help-line is not open today,it is open from 0900hrs Monday till FRIDAY.
But they have a email service@beko.co.uk.You will need your Model number and Serial Number you will find this inside your Fridge.I do hope this is a help to any of you.#

The models affected are listed below and were manufactured between January 2000 and October 2006. The model number and serial number of your fridge freezer will help to identify if your model is affected. These numbers can be found on the rating plate on the inside of the fridge compartment. The serial number is 10 or 12 digits long. The first 2 digits of the serial number give the year of production. Please contact us if your models serial number begins with any of the following: 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 Please input this information into the online checker and we will be able to let you know if your product is affected.

Good morning.
I refer to our recent communication concerning the current safety notice for fridge freezers .
I can confirm that all fridge freezers manufactured after October 2006 are of a different design therefore your appliance does not require the modifcation.
We would remind you that you should always follow the manufacturers instructions when using the product.Well I am happy with that news
