    I was going to keep out of this but feel I must comment. When somebody is working 12 hour shifts for 7 days a week and have a family you do not have time to waste visiting the social side of the internet, therefore any warnings are not seen.

    Paul, with your proposed automated system you could loose even more interesting working members and eventually end up solely with us oldies and the unemployed, which would be sad. I hope automated warning emails get sent in future to stop this from happening.
