    The last three posters miss the point .If. there are problems on the A2 more traffic flows along the Alkham Valley,this creates a bottle neck at the Kearsney Railway bridge and it then becomes difficult to get in and out of River.River is also used as a rat run .
    With the problems created by people parking for the Abbey,Football matches and with only the two exits out of River when Planning Applications are considered these ,problems should be considered.
