Not this one Colin,the owner was going to do it up,most of the wood inside was new,it was going to be very nice flats with more put on the side and all the gardens done up he has put in no less than 5 plans for it and there is a big cost to just to that. I have been up there time and time again,last time I was up there with him.he said I have done what the planning dept have asked for time and time again,if they turn it down again then it will stay as it is,that was last year,and now we all can see it now even had a fire now.
It is a listed building.
