  Sadly we need a complete shake up of DDC but unless voters stop returning the same party time and time again nothing will change. Consultations are useless because they don’t get completed by many who rely on bus services. The only way to get a realistic view of how people feel about the services would be to make the paperwork available on the current buses. If people were made aware of the reduction in the current services they maybe more inclined to make their views known. Even in the current era many who rely on buses are not necessarily media savvy or able to use online tools and that is in no way meant as a criticism, it’s just the way it is.
  In the meantime the Government is trying to force us out of our cars and onto what will eventually be nonexistent public transport.
