A full detail of the potential economies of scale needs to be evaluated and must initially be submitted to the people who
will be able to decide we can progress to a Unitary.
This project will be a prolonged effort,to bat it about on the forum it will become stale.and lose its impact.
The economies of scale are through out ``All Expenditures`` but in an effort to encourage you to consider the matter
further at the right time.
The four Councils of East Kent have a wage bill of £ 50 plus million....................management costs are 50% of this
amount.................we only need one management team to run East Kent Council costing approx £ 15 million.
The majority of staff will still be needed.
With an East Kent Council...............a KCC will not be required..................a pro-rata of the £Two Billion will save many more millions.
