    i fear you may be right on this one paul, i would have expected reg to have given some examples by now.

    it is an interesting subject as the politicos are not doing their usual posturing and is most definitely a non party issue.

    what worries me is that decision making would be even more remote than it is now if the plan goes ahead.

    ok town and parish councils would still be around but at present when they say yes or no to a planning application this can be reversed for no apparent reason which could be worse at unitary level.
