unitaries may not be the full answer but 3 councils all costing us a fortune to keep running in todays climate needs urgent review.
we don't need 3 councils we need now too look at how at least 1 can disappear.
giving that work to the other 2
i'v always liked the idea of decisions being made at the lowest possible area
thus if paulw is serious on the KCC then lets hope together all parties can look into how best kcc can be done away with
unitary is one option and im sure with pressure from our paulw and other parties it could come about
