    an independent panel has rebuked k.c.c. members for going after a cut of only 1.5% of their allowances while support jobs are going.

    a total of £.200,000 is being cut but only £.16400 is due to the cut in allowances, the rest is on getting shot of support staff.

    this will be cosidered at full council on thursday the 12th of may.
