Going by that report I agree, in this case the needs of the children are much more important than those of the parents.

the judge was right in pointing out that Slovakian customs were not relevant here.
the comments from the charity about "cultural misunderstandings" were unbelievably stupid, brutalising children, leaving them looking unkempt and uncared for is against any civilised behaviour.
I hope the children manage to forget their start in life and move forward.
