    Surely the threads are related? I was under the impression T2 could not be built without financial backing which would come from pritisation. If there is now an agreement for T2 to be built then it is more likely they will end up agreeing to the pritivitsation providing a new company agrees to build it. I don't know the ins and outs of this so pls correct me if I am wrong?
