    I for one am glad that there are a lot of ideas on the drawing board and talks are still ongoing - some would rather DDC went away and stopped having ambitions, but Dover has been heading downwards for too long and needs ideas to try and revive itself. Sit back and empty the bins really isn't going to save the area from more deprivatation....
