    Howard, I'm not saying its simple but lets look at the situation.

    A man has sited a portacabin, not Burlington House or the 02 Arena, and DDC (I dont care if its officers or councillors) dont have a clue what to do about it.

    DDC in various guises are all over this forum, as politicians and public servants they are accountable to the general public, not the other way round, they should stop whining and get on with what taxpayers pay them to do, which in the case of DDC is very little.
