    Turning into an interesting thread, as usual the finger pointing and buck passing at DDC is highlighted, officers blaming councillers and vice versa, one party blaming another. This is the root of the problem for me, nobody appears to be accountable.

    Further evidence of how shambolic DDC planning is, if they cant agree whether a portacabin should stay or go its hardly a surprise they are so inept when it comes to bigger projects.
